This pricing is valid only for merchants that installed the app from 21st May, 2025 onwards. You can view your install date by going to Monk > Settings > Account information.

What is Monk's pricing?

The app is divided into two bands and pricing is based on the total number of orders your online store processes within a 30 day billing cycle. The app will automatically upgrade and downgrade you between these tiers.

How is a billing cycle calculated?

A billing cycle is 30 days long & it starts one day after your free trial ends. You will not be charged if you uninstall the app before the end of your trial period. A charge will be made on the 1st day of every billing cycle based on the total number of orders processed by your store in the previous 30 days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To pause billing you will have to uninstall the app from the apps section of your Shopify admin dashboard. You will be charged a monthly fee as long as the app is installed on the store irrespective of it being enabled/disabled.

I am on an older pricing plan. Can I get this new one?
